The Diamond Castle - Movie

Released in September, 2008, this enchanting movie stars Teresa and Barbie as Princess Alexa and Princess Liana. They are best friends who share everything, including their love of singing.

Brief Synopsis of The Diamond Castle

Alexa and Liana sell flowers for a living. Walking by the river one day. Liana finds 2 heart-shaped diamonds. Liana makes the two diamonds into two necklaces, one for herself and one for Princess Alexa. During the night there is a terrible storm and the next morning they find that their garden has beeen destroyed. They sell the remaining flowers to get 3 coins, but they know they will not last long. While walking through the forest home from the village, the girls meet an old woman who is begging.

Princess Liana feels sorry for the old woman so she gives her her lunch, bread and jam, even though she and Alexa don't have very much to spare. In return, the old woman gives her a magical mirror. As they clean the mirror and sing, a muse appears in the mirror's surface. The muse, whose name is Melody, tells the girls about the Diamond Castle, which is the home of all music, and where three musical muses once resided until one evil muse, Lydia, tried to take the castle for herself. She failed, but turned the other muses to stone.

The two good muses entrusted the key of the Diamond Castle to Melody. To keep the key safe from Lydia, Melody hid herself in the mirror, but now she can't get out. She needs Liana's and Alexa's help to free her from the mirror and to save the Diamond Castle. Alexa and Liana must hurry to get to the Diamond Castle first to free the two good muses and to banish Lydia. Along their way, Liana and Alexa find two puppies (Sparkles and Lily) in the Valley of Flowers and decide to keep them and they also make new friends including two identical twin brothers Jeremy and Ian, who also have a love of music.

Teresa, as Princess Alexa in this movie, shows how well suited her character is to stardom. Teresa IS Princess Alexa!
